BLME Capital Company is a subsidiary of Bank of London and The Middle East plc which is a Sharia'a compliant bank, with an independent Sharia’a Supervisory Board, providing Real Estate focused Wealth Management solutions, commercial Real Estate Finance, and Savings products.

BLME was founded in London in 2006 and its parent company is Boubyan Bank, an Islamic Bank in Kuwait. To support our growth and strategy, we opened a branch in Dubai in 2013. And, now in 2023, we’re proud to open a subsidiary in Riyadh, KSA.

BLME Capital Company in KSA, is a closed joint stock company with CR No: (7032406428) dated on 27/05/1444H, authorised and regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) with license No.(22244-32) dated on 30/05/2022G to conduct activities of Managing Investment and Operating Funds, arranging of securities, and advising of securities. The paid-up capital is 20,000,000 SAR.
